Our initial franchise fee is $30,000 for a 2nd generation opportunity and $35,000 for a full build out opportunity per unit and our continuing royalty fee is 5% of gross sales.

The ideal size is 2500 – 4000 square feet, with a minimum of 150 seats. Outdoor seating may be used to meet the minimum square footage and seating requirements.

Prior restaurant experience is not required but preferred.

Typically, our restaurant only needs a combination of 20-35 full time and part time employees to be fully staffed.
