Our training consists of 18 hours of classroom training to go over topics such as customer service, food prep, logistics, human resources, and marketing.

As well as 75 hours of on-the-job training that will cover our opening and closing procedures and the preparation of our menu items.

Our training program will give franchisees the knowledge they’ll need for their franchise to run smoothly and without any incidents.

Orientation

The Legends Tavern & Grille team will introduce you to our system, our culture, and our pre-opening procedures. We will cover budgets, business planning, site selection, construction, and equipment ordering.

Management Training

The next step is our mandatory, 14-day management training program, which takes place in Coral Springs, FL. This comprehensive, hands-on training program will familiarize you with all of our operational systems.

Store Opening

We will send members of our team to your location to help you and your team launch into the market. We’ll go over all topics essential to the successful operation of your store.
